New Hague School (visual arts)

The New Hague School is a movement in the fine arts of the fifties and sixties of the 20th century. It opposed the Cobra avant-garde movement and found its inspiration in 17th-century art and the experiences of the Barbizon School and the resulting Hague School.

                                               

K. R. Narayanan National Institute of Visual Science and Arts

K. R. Narayanan National Institute of Visual Science and Arts is an autonomous institute established by the Government of Kerala at Thekkumthala in Kottayam District of Kerala state as a training-cum-research centre in film/audio-visual technology. The institute, named after K. R. Narayanan who was the President of India during 1992 - 1997, was inaugurated by Hamid Ansari, Vice President of India, on 11 January 2016. The Institute is managed by a Governing Council which has Chief Minister of Kerala as Chairman and Minister for Education, Kerala State, as Co-Chairman and twelve members. There is also an Academic Council consisting of people for the film and television industry.

                                               

Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts

The Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts is the visual arts and design degree granting branch of Washington University in St. Louis. The Sam Fox School was created in 2005 by merging the existing Colleges of Art and Architecture, the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts combines the strengths of these fields into a single collaborative unit offering both undergraduate and graduate programs. The School comprises: College of Architecture. (Колледж архитектуры) Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum. Graduate School of Art. College of Art. (Колледж искусств) Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Design. Carmon has Colangelo-Dean of the Sam Fox School of design and visual arts. Bruce Lindsey is Dean of the College of architecture and graduate school of architecture and urban design. Heather Corcoran is the Dean of the College and graduate school of arts.

                                               

Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts

The J. T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts is a college at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Prior to 2004, the colleges departments existed within the College of Arts & Sciences. In 2016, the college was renamed to honor the nearly million in donations to the university by the J.T. and Margaret Talkington Foundation. Curriculum in College Talkington accredited by the National Association of schools of art and design National Association of schools of music National Association of schools of theatre. In addition, Talkington programs of teacher education colleges accredited by the southern Association of colleges and schools and the National Council for accreditation of teacher education

                                               

Bronx High School for the Visual Arts

The Bronx High School for the Visual Arts, familiarly known as Visual Arts, is a New York City public high school established as an art school in 2002 under Mayor Michael Bloombergs Small Schools Initiative program. It is a New Visions for Public Schools institution which oversees funding for the various small schools created by the program but is served by the New York City Department of Education. The school once was housed in the Christopher Columbus Educational Campus before moving to the old Mercy College Bronx campus building in late 2004. The school is within walking distance of the Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden. Since its inception in 2002, art held a consistent end-of-year art exhibition at Lehman College art gallery, highlighting the years best students. As of 2005, he also has a second art exhibition at the Museum of arts the Bronx.

                                               

Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts

The Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts at Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts is the only building actually designed by Le Corbusier in the United States, and one of only two in the Americas. Le Corbusier designed it with the collaboration of Chilean architect Guillermo Jullian de la Fuente at his 35 rue de Sevres studio, the on-site preparation of the construction plans was handled by the office of Josep Lluis Sert, then dean of the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He had formerly worked in Le Corbusiers atelier and had been instrumental in winning him the commission. The building was completed in 1962.
