SimThyr is a free continuous dynamic modeling of the pituitary-thyroid control system with feedback. The program is open source based on the nonlinear model of the homeostasis of the thyroid gland. In addition to modeling in the time domain the program supports different methods of sensitivity analysis. It provides a graphical interface that allows to visualize time series, change constant parameters of the feedback structure, storage of parameter sets in XML files and export the simulation results to various formats suitable for statistical software.
